1. About Ezzocard

Ezzocard (operating at ezzocard.online) is an independent online service that provides virtual prepaid Mastercard and Visa cards for use in online transactions worldwide. Ezzocard.com enables customers to make anonymous digital payments without disclosing their primary bank card details.

2. Eligibility

By using Ezzocard.com, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to use digital payment products in your country or region.
• You will use Ezzocard virtual prepaid cards only for lawful purposes.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on Ezzocard.com:

• You select the card type, denomination, and quantity.
• Payment must be completed using one of our accepted payment methods (cryptocurrency, Perfect Money, or other listed methods).
• Orders are processed automatically. Card details are typically delivered by email within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Ezzocard reserves the right to cancel or delay any order that it suspects of fraud or policy violation.

4. Virtual Card Usage

Ezzocard virtual prepaid cards:

• Are intended for online purchases only and may not be compatible with all merchants or platforms.
• Cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawals unless explicitly stated.
• Have a fixed value as purchased; top-up or reload is not supported unless otherwise stated.
• May have expiry dates; please check card details at the time of purchase.
• Are non-transferable and for single-customer use.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of virtual prepaid cards:

• All sales are final once card details have been delivered.
• Refunds are only considered in cases where: (a) card details were not delivered due to a confirmed technical error on our side, or (b) a card is proven defective and unusable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by emailing admin@ezzocard.online with your order ID and a description of the issue.
• Ezzocard will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Ezzocard virtual prepaid cards for:

• Any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited activities.
• Purchasing products or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Reselling card details purchased on Ezzocard.com without written consent.

Violation of this section may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ezzocard.com provides virtual cards "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezzocard shall not be liable for:

• Merchant refusal to accept a virtual prepaid card.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized use of card details after delivery.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Ezzocard.com — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Ezzocard and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Ezzocard reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.
