Yes, refunds from merchants are accepted. The refund from a merchant is only possible on the same card which was initially used for payment. The card balance will be increased by the refund amount. The refund operation may take a few business days. Please make sure your card hasn't expired before proceeding with a merchant refund.

Refunds are available for Prepaid cards with a face value of $25 or higher, excluding Lime-7, Lime-30, Gift cards, and Prepaid cards with a lower face value (which are non-refundable). Refunds amount to 90% of the card's face value and are issued exclusively in USDT.TRC20 or USDT.ERC20. Requests must be made within one month of purchase, provided the card has not been used.
